This beautifully designed, modern villa with a heated private pool and airconditioned bedrooms sits on a corner plot within the quiet complex “Las Buganvillas” in Playa Blanca, just a short walk from Playa Blanca’s town center with its shops, bars, restaurants, and promenade. The villa is accessible via a private cul-de-sac and borders the complex gardens. The villa’s garden, fully private and walled, includes a stone barbecue, a terrace, and a pergola.
The Space
When you step into Casa Roque, your vacation can truly begin. The open-plan living (with vaulted ceiling) and dining area adjoins the luxury kitchen. Large windows and three sliding doors flood the space with light. Through the sliding doors, you’ll reach the terrace with the private pool and sun loungers, a separate shaded lounge area, and the BBQ.
From the hallway, you can access the very spacious bedroom with a king-size double bed with free aircon and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. There’s also a second bedroom with two single beds, free aircon and a bathroom that includes a toilet, bidet, sink, and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has an American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, and breakfast bar.
Casa Roque is a beautiful, luxurious, and well-maintained villa, perfect for a relaxing, sun-filled vacation.
Good to know:
The complex also offers tennis and paddle courts, which are free for guests to use and located just steps from the villa.
Charging an electric car is not allowed at the villa.

Very spacious, clean with a lovely pool for the price.
25 minutes walk to the main prom , which was fine However taxis are easy to book and they know villa complex well if you don’t fancy the walk .

Two of us stayed here for 10 days and I could not recommend this villa enough. It was spotless, beautiful and HUGE! The host Suzanne was extremely helpful and friendly with very quick responses. The location was only a little out of Playa Blanca but taxis are easy to contact or even if you fancy a stroll, it only takes around 20 minutes and it is a lovely walk. The pictures do not do this villa justice to how big and beautiful it is! We are so very grateful to Suzanne and team as this is one of our best holidays yet. We will definitely be returning in the future. 5 star service!

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Casa Roque,man hatte das Gefühl wie Zuhause zu sein.Allles sehr sauber und und die E-Geräte vom feinsten.Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Der Pool war sehr gut temperiert so das es Spaß machte ihn zu benutzen auch der Außenbereich zum wohlfühlen 🥰 was soll man sagen einfach perfekt 👍🏻 auch Suzanne war sehr freundlich.Das Resultat wir haben gleich fürs nächste Jahr wieder gebucht.Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.
The roads around can be very confusing so take a tom-tom or Google Maps. Suzanne was so so helpful. When my husband became extremely unwell and was admitted to hospital. She went beyond the call of duty and helped us both much. Also she was helpful with the villa itself. A lovely lady
We had a great week at Casa Roque.
The apartment was spacious and clean. The pool is just big enough for a couple of games to keep the kids occupied.
The host was very responsive to any questions we had.
The walk from the apartment to the main Playa Blanca bars and restaurants is around 15/20 minutes to 35 minutes if you want to go right along to the Rubicon Marina.
Playa Blanca itself is clean and tidy and a nice resort for a chill out week.

Was very peaceful, lovely Villa, well equipped, spotless on arrival and communication with Suzanne was very simple and she answered any queries or questions very quickly and called us to ask if it was convenient before calling in to ensure everything was OK Great place, Great Management and a great time

Great villa within walking distance of the main town (approx 20 mins). Villa larger than it looked on the pictures and well equipped. Very quiet neighbourhood. There were just 2 of us and there was plenty of space inside and outside the villa. Swimming pool was a good temperature and we were left pool towels. Nice welcome pack and we appreciated that were dishwasher tablets and dish cloths. Lidl is a 15 minute walk and is modern and well stocked. There are also several smaller supermarkets in the town.

This was a great stay. House is spotless with plenty of space. Nice outside area with loungers and sofa. Good swimming pool. Easy access to play Blanca.
We wanted a peaceful holiday where we could stay in as well as go out, and this villa delivered, we didn’t want to go home. It was quiet, spotlessly clean, with a great TV/Internet package, and the host was second to none, Suzanne was friendly, and super responsive to any query I had, and extended our check out time which was a massive help. We did struggle with not having air-con as the villa got very hot especially in the evening, so we had to rent another fan, which again Suzanne sorted for us straight away. On the whole we had a lovely, relaxing time and would happily recommend the villa and Suzanne to anyone.
Had a fabulous two weeks at the villa, spotlessly clean, very modern had everything we needed. Lots of storage space, spacious, great shaded area, pool was lovely, great BBQ. Can highly recommend this villa. We even had some groceries and a bottle of wine in fridge on our arrival.
