RENTAL INFORMATION
It is imperative that the booker/1st named on the booking confirmation, checks that all information on all documents is correct. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately by email.
Playablancavillasrental.com (PBVR) and the property owners accept no responsibility or liability for incorrect dates booked and/or stated on any documents.
It is the sole responsibility of the booker/1st named on the booking confirmation to ensure that all documents for all accompanying persons are correct.
DEPOSIT CONDITIONS
A non-refundable 25% deposit to be received within 24 hours of receipt of invoice to confirm your booking.
PBVR reserves the right to continue to market requested dates until the deposit or, if applicable, the full rental fee has been received.
BALANCE PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The outstanding balance must be paid within 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Last minute bookings with arrival within 4 weeks must be paid in full at the time of booking.
UNPAID AMOUNTS
In the event that the deposit is not received within the allotted time, PBVR has the right to withdraw the rental dates and cancel the booking without notice.
The booker/1st named will be held responsible and liable. Administration fees may apply.
In the event that the balance is not received within the time frame, PBVR has the right to withdraw the rental dates and cancel the booking without notice.
All amounts received up to that point will NOT be refunded.
NO ARRIVAL
In the event of a fully paid “no show” all monies will be retained by PBVR and the property owners.
PBVR and the property owners cannot be held liable for refunding any amounts.
REMINDERS
PBVR is not obliged to send reminders for amounts due, this is the sole responsibility of the booker/1st named on the booking confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation is ONLY applicable from the date of written notification received by PBVR.
CANCELLATION %
For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date, the non-refundable deposit will be retained.
For cancellations received 30 days or less, the non-refundable deposit will be retained plus the applicable following charges.
- If cancelled 30-15 days prior to arrival non-refundable deposit will be retained along with 50% of the balance
- If cancelled 14-0 days prior to arrival non-refundable deposit will be retained along with 100% of the balance
It may be possible to recover the costs under the terms of your holiday/personal insurance.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
It is a condition of PBVR and the property owners (by law) to receive all requested information at the time of booking.
The holiday accommodation may ONLY be used by the persons named on the booking form. NO subletting or sharing is therefore permitted.
PBVR and the property manager(s) reserve the right on behalf of the owners to remove unauthorised persons from the property.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS
It is possible to add persons to the original booking in consultation with PBVR and prior to the arrival date.
All relevant information must be provided and all additional charges paid prior to arrival.
BOOKINGS/RESERVATIONS
If the originally booked holiday accommodation becomes unavailable for any reason, PBVR reserves the right to offer alternative holiday accommodation of a similar standard where possible without prior notice.
In the event that PBVR is unable to book equivalent alternative holiday accommodation, PBVR will refund the rental fees paid to date ONLY on the basis of the agreement and contract. PBVR and the property owners shall have no responsibility or liability to pay any other claims and/or damages.
PBVR and the property owners shall have no responsibility or liability for any costs or expenses ;this includes all flights, all transport costs, all parking costs, all accommodation costs, all email costs, all telephone calls and charges, all legal representation costs, any medical conditions that may arise at any time in connection with this situation, all medical costs, at all times incurred by the booker/1st named on the booking confirmation and/or persons on the booking.
FLIGHTS
It is absolutely essential that the booker/1st named on the booking confirmation acknowledges the check-in and check-out of the holiday accommodation when considering booking flights. PBVR, the property manager and the property owners are under no obligation to provide temporary accommodation or storage for early arrivals or late departures and/or to allow early access on arrival or indeed extended check-out on departure.
CHECK IN TIME
Will be FROM 4pm/16.00hr.
It is not possible to guarantee any earlier arrival requests to the accommodation.
The booker/1st named on the booking confirmation must ensure that alternative arrangements are made whilst the accommodation is being serviced. It is not possible for guests to access during the service.
CHECK OUT TIME
Will be at 10am/10.00hr.
It is not possible to guarantee any later departure time requests. The booker/1st named on the booking confirmation must ensure that alternative arrangements are made for the remainder of your time in Lanzarote. Guests are not permitted to leave luggage at the accommodation on the day of departure.
DEPARTURE FROM ACCOMMODATION
As a courtesy, we ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a good and clean condition upon departure.
