POSITIVO
1. Posizione strategica della villa 7 min per playa papagayo 4 min per il centro 1 min per il primo supermercato più vicino.
2. Completamente in privacy per tutto il perimetro della villa.
3. Ambiente molto silenzioso anche se circondati da altre ville ci si può godere a pieno il relax.
4. Dispositivo di allarme molto facile da usare e zona molto sicura anche se l’allarme comunque è posizionato su tutte le finestre.
5. Esposizione della villa nord/sud quindi per tutto il giorno il sole vi accompagnerà dal mattino al tramonto e le calde acque della piscina fino a sera avendo cura la notte di chiudere la copertura manuale della piscina.
6. Altezza piscina 170 cm. Attenzione a chi non sa nuotare o per chi ha un altezza inferiore perché l’unico angolo dove si tocca è dove ci sono le scale. Perfetta e pulita.
NEGATIVO
1. Cattivo odore non dovuto dalla struttura. Le fogne si riempiono e si sente un forte odore di “zolfo” finché non interviene gli addetti allo spurgo.

Great stay, we enjoyed it. Everything we needed was there. Good and fast communication with the host.
We had a wonderful 9 night stay at the villa. The villa itself is very comfortable and the outside space is perfect – a large, heated pool, outdoor dining table, BBQ and a couple of seated areas, plus sunbeds. It’s about a 25 min walk to the restaurants etc in the centre or a 5 min taxi for less than €5. Suzanne was ever so friendly, helpful and responsive too. We would definitely again.

We had a great stay the villa was clean and the outdoor space was great for our family in a quiet spot only 15-20 minute walk into the centre.
