This detached villa offers complete privacy with a walled garden and a private pool. Situated in a quiet complex, you are still just a stone’s throw from the harbour, beach and town centre. Enjoy the central location; just a minute’s walk from the Spar supermarket, lively bars and restaurants, and a two-minute walk from the harbour. Playa Flamingo beach is also just a five-minute walk away.
The villa offers a spacious open plan living room/kitchen, perfect for relaxing. With two comfortable sofas, a TV with international channels, and free WiFi, you will feel at home instantly. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, plenty of glasses, plates and cooking utensils.
The master bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and air conditioning (pay-as-you go system). The second bedroom has two single beds and also has air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet room.
Outside you can enjoy the beautifully furnished terrace with barbecue, table, chairs, sun beds and mood lighting. The salt water pool, approximately 10 metres long and can be heated in winter.
Good to know: Charging an electric car is not allowed. Villa is only suitable for adults. There is an alarm system.

Fast perfekt
Das Ferienhaus war komplett ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles da was man braucht. Das kleine Zentrum mit ein paar Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wenn man mehr Auswahl möchte empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen. Den haben wir ohnehin immer um die Gegend zu erkunden.

The villa was really nice with a great outdoor space & pool. Our host was very friendly & went above & beyond for us. Would recommend to anyone & we will hopefully get back at somepoint.
Clean and tidy throughout and wonderful pool and patio area the outside speakers were a nice surprise so chilling by the pool was perfect. Location was great for the town and flamingo beach, we really couldn’t fault the villa.

This is our second time here and couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s spotlessly clean inside and outside. Also perfectly placed for playa Blanca. Suzanne ( the manager) is very friendly and helpful. We have already booked to stay again.

We were here for 2weeks over Christmas. The villa is lovely with 2 ensuite bedrooms and an extra toilet in the hall. Beds were really comfortable and the water was hot and plentiful. The WiFi and tv channel choices were great. We loved the outside covered terrace which gave us shelter from the wind. Perfect location, great washing machine, and such helpful people. We would return anytime.
