Casa Marilyn is a beautiful, modern villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garden, and a terrace with a Jacuzzi. The villa is located a 5-minute walk from the center of Playa Blanca. As a guest, you can also enjoy complimentary access to the tennis court and the communal pool.
The Space
When you arrive at the villa, there is plenty of space to park your (rental) car in the cul-de-sac. The beautifully maintained garden leads you to the front door.
Upon entering, you step directly into the open living room with two comfortable sofas, air conditioning (pay-as-you-go system), TV, free WiFi, and Alexa for playing your favorite music. The fully equipped, bright kitchen with views of the garden and terrace is next to the living room. It features a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and plenty of storage filled with glasses and dishes.
Through the sliding doors, you reach the terrace with a Jacuzzi, two sun loungers, two adjustable chairs, and a table with two chairs. There is also an extendable awning for shade. A small gate leads to the second terrace in the garden, which includes a gas BBQ, a clothesline, and ample seating space.
On the other side of the living room, a hallway leads to the second bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, and sink, as well as the second bedroom with two single beds. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet, and sink. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning (pay-as-you-go system).
Casa Marilyn is centrally located, less than a 5-minute walk from the center of Playa Blanca, with shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach within easy reach—a perfect villa to enjoy a holiday in Playa Blanca.
Good to know:
Adults only. Rental car is not necessary, as everything in Playa Blanca is within walking distance. The bus station and taxi stand are just a 5-minute walk from the villa.

Second time visiting this villa and we still love it.Nice inside and out. We use the hot tub frequently and the outdoor furniture which is great!The communal pool is lovely but quite cold in October. There are beds and seats to use but the beds are quite old. It’s always quiet which is a bonus. The location of the villa is one of its best qualities- close to the bus station a big supermarket and Playa Blanca itself.
Excellent modernised villa.
Plenty of space beautiful kitchen all modern new appliances. Tv and satellite set up was superb, all Sky channels available inc sky sports and box office events. Jacuzzi a wonderful retreat after a long days riding in the hills
Excellent Villa
Location was brilliant. The whole villa was immaculate inside and out. Loved the hot tub. We used the communal pool too which was very quiet.
This place is a little gem. Very clean and spotless. Comfortable mattresses. We had an amazing time.

We stayed here for a week in January.
The directions were very clear and we found the villa without a problem. The villa was immaculately clean and exceptionally well equipped. The outside space was lovely, with good quality outside furniture and a planted area. There was a shade canopy which was very useful.
The villa is quietly situated yet only a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants.
Suzanne, the host, was excellent and always responded quickly to messages.
