Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a five minute walk from Playa Flamingo beach, this villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and breathtaking sea views towards Fuerteventura, it is the ideal place to enjoy the sun.
The villa has its own private heated swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The spacious south-facing terrace with barbecue and a covered dining area overlooks the pool and garden, as well as the views of the sea and Fuerteventura. The pool is heated and has Roman steps for easy access. There are also sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.
Inside you will find a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, complimentary air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has two single beds, complimentary air conditioning, a large built-in wardrobe and extra drawers and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a ceiling fan and free air conditioning. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The living room is very spacious and has sliding doors to the large terrace, with a table and chairs, a swimming pool with sun beds and a BBQ. There is also a corner sofa and a separate armchair, a dining table with chairs, a smart TV with international channels and Netflix, and free Wi-Fi. From the living room you have a view of the kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and all other necessary kitchen utensils. There are plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery available.
On the large terrace there are various places to enjoy your holiday. Around the pool on the sun beds, at the table in the sun, or under a pergola. From all places you look out over the plants and hedge that offer the necessary privacy. There is also a BBQ. The villa is very suitable for families with or without children, but certainly also for two people.

We are 3 ladies of an age and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Though the restaurants and beach was a little further than one of my companions could manage (15 walk) organising a mobility scooter was very easy.
Our host, Suzanne, was always easy to contact and immediately responsive, nothing seemed too much trouble. The villa was as described, spacious 3 bedrooms and a pool. Very clean and well equipped. More than adequate seating areas and comfortable. The surrounding area was very quiet, except for us!

Perfect villa for a family holiday in easy walking distance of Playa Flamingo, and then onto Playa Blanca proper. The villa had everything you could need for a family stay – we had 5 adults and baby with space to spare. The property manager, Suzanne, was proactive and helpful throughout, just a quick message away, and she popped around to check in on us on our first full day. Arriving late at night it was nice to find a couple of bottles of wine waiting to welcome us. There is some noise from the nearby waterpark and a hotel/resort, but nothing too bothersome.
