The villa is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of 2 supermarkets, the beach and a bus stop. Villa Erimar offers everything you need.

Upon entering Villa Erimar, the hallway leads you to the left to the fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The separate utility room offers a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. There is even an additional bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

The open plan living/dining room is comfortably furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, dining table with 4/6 chairs, a 55 inch TV and free WiFi. Through the sliding doors you enter directly the terrace by the pool, where you can enjoy the sun or the shade thanks to the awning.

One floor higher you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Further up is a bathroom with a bath and shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The second bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and sliding doors to the private balcony with a beautiful view.

All bedrooms have air conditioning. The private pool is approximately 3 x 5 meters and the depth varies from 1.40 to 1.60 meters. There are sunbeds placed by the pool for you to relax.
