This beautiful, light and spacious 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with air conditioning and a heated private pool is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday in Playa Blanca.

As you enter Villa Anissa you will immediately feel relaxed and happy and know that you are in for a great holiday!

You pass through the open plan fully fitted kitchen (with oven, induction hob, microwave, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and toaster, panini and waffle maker) and are then greeted by the very impressive sight of the large private south facing garden and white pool terrace at the rear of the villa. The entire rear garden is surrounded by a wall, where you have nothing but views of the high mountains on either side. It is completely private and very peaceful!

The sun shines on the pool terrace from early morning until late afternoon!

Next to the kitchen is a living room with 2 sofas and a 55″ smart TV. The patio doors give access to the large upper terrace with table and chairs which easily seats 10 people and is surrounded by glass. There is also a 2nd living room with 2 sofas, a 65″ smart TV and air conditioning to relax in after a nice meal or to watch your favourite TV shows. This room has patio doors leading out to the pool terrace and is accessed via a small staircase.

On the same level you will find a shower room with toilet and vanity unit. Also on the same level is a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with toilet, vanity unit and a bath, which also leads out to the upper terrace.

When you take the stairs down from the hallway, immediately to your left you will find a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (single beds on top and full double beds below). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in dressing room with wardrobes. A door will give access to the lower terrace with table football, seating area, table and chairs, extra fridge/freezer and washing machine.

On the lower level there is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, double bed, sofa and patio doors to the terrace.

From the upper terrace a staircase leads down to the pool terrace.

The private heated saltwater pool with cover is ideal for lots of swimming fun!

Around the pool terrace are sun loungers, an outdoor shower and seating. There is a beautiful mature collection of Lanzarote plants and palms in the lower part of the garden which are a real delight and create a great backdrop!

What could be more relaxing than reading a book around the pool, watching the children/teenagers jumping on the trampoline or kicking a ball around. This is all possible in this villa.

To enjoy a delicious meal you can use the outdoor kitchen with sink and stone BBQ.

The impressive upper terrace and the staircase leading to it are designed to give you uninterrupted views of the private garden and pool terrace, with a glass system and no railings.

Villa Anissa offers free Wi-Fi, international TV channels with all live sports, movies, pay per view included etc. and video on demand, safe and free air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room.

The villa is situated in a quiet street approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca with its shops, bars and restaurants.
Free parking for your hire car is available in the parking spaces in front of the villa.
