The space
To enjoy a relaxing holiday, this comfortable villa with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, garden and terrace with private (heated) pool and lots of privacy is exactly what you are looking for.
When you arrive at the villa, you can park your (rental) car on the private driveway. Via a 2-step staircase you reach the front door.
Upon entering, you immediately step into the cosy open living room with 2 comfortable sofas, chair, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs.
There is also a TV with international TV channels and free WiFi.
Through the patio doors you enter the large terrace with sunbeds, table with chairs, parasol, stone BBQ, outdoor shower and private pool.
The kitchen has a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 ring induction hob, oven, toaster kettle, fridge and enough glasses, plates and other kitchen utensils.
On the other side of the living room is a small hall with adjacent the large bedroom with a double bed, dresser and built-in wardrobe.
Next to it is the bedroom with 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe.
At the end of the hall is the bathroom, with toilet, sink and a shower over bath.
Enjoy the sun or the shade, under the pergola … it’s all possible in Villa 3 Palmeras.
Good to know…..
On the complex is a communal swimming pool and tennis court, both of which you can use for free as a guest.
A rental car is not necessary, all facilities in Playa Blanca are within walking distance.
Bus station and taxi are a 3-minute walk from the villa.
Pool is heated from 1 Nov – 31 Mar (included). Adults only. It is not allowed to charge an electric car.

Lovely villa and outdoor space in quiet secluded location.
The villa was very clean and spacious and well equipped. About 10 mins walk from shops and restaurants but all streets well lit. An early check in was accommodated which was great. Outdoor area great, will pool and bbq. Gets the sun (as long as its out!), all day. Would recommend.
So happy with the Villa, exactly as the photos, private pool is the icing on the cake, 10 minute walk downhill to all the bars and restaurants, 3 euro taxi back, the national park with the volcano is a 20 minute drive. The hosts are friendly and easy to get in contact with, couldn’t ask for a better week Thankyou
A wonderful villa in a quiet location, but only 10 minutes walk to the town. The villa is well equipped for all your holiday needs, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and plenty of space around the pool area to sunbathe, eat and b-b-q. Lovely and clean , with a good shower and plenty of hot water.
