This modern and bright villa with a private pool is located in the quiet “Las Buganvillas” complex in Playa Blanca, near the town center of Playa Blanca, with all its shops, bars, and restaurants. It is also close to the (child-friendly) Playa Flamingo beach.

The villa offers a private carport for your rental car.

Enjoy your holiday and relax by your own (heated) saltwater pool, or settle down on one of the sun loungers to soak up the sun on the (walled) private terrace.

The Space
The bright, spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a dining table with chairs. Sliding doors open directly onto the terrace, where a table and chairs await for delightful breakfasts, lunches, or dinners. The terrace can be shaded with an awning for extra protection from the sun. The terrace and garden are fully walled, ensuring complete privacy.

The master bedroom is very spacious and features a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, sofa, small desk with chair, and A/C (pay as you go). It also includes a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, built-in wardrobes, A/C (pay as you go), and French doors leading to the pool.

The other bathroom is spacious, with a bathtub and shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and coffee machine (Nespresso) completes the villa. The spacious outdoor area offers plenty of privacy and is fully walled. There is a garden and ample seating to enjoy the outdoors.

There is also a tennis court in the complex, which guests can use free of charge.
