This beautiful two-storey villa offers breath-taking sea views from the private balconies of the bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a toilet, a bedroom with a single bed and built-in wardrobes, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living/dining room with free air conditioning, a large smart TV with international channels, video on demand and free Wi-Fi.
Via a fixed staircase you reach the first floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, free air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink (no toilet). The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have their own balcony with a magnificent view of the ocean.
Outside you will find a private pool with sunbeds. The dining table on the terrace, covered with a pergola, is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner outside. There is also a BBQ for cosy evenings.
Just a 2-minute walk from the villa you will find an English supermarket, a SuperDino supermarket, a bar and a bus stop. The Rubicon Marina is about a 15-minute walk away and offers cosy restaurants, bars, shops and a tourist market on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. By taxi or rental car you are in the center of Playa Blanca in 5 minutes, where you will find a lively boulevard with restaurants, bars and shops.

We have been coming to Playa Blanca for 20 years now and this holiday didn’t disappoint. The villa was stunning and in a fantastic location close to the Marina Rubicon. Hosts were great and we will definitely look to return to Casa Rosada
Booked last minute for a new year trip. Suzanne was so helpful given it was just a day’s notice. Casa Rosada was really peaceful and a lovely 15 minute walk from all of the bars and restaurants at Rubicon Marina. Kids loved the pool, there is plenty of space in the house and everything we needed for our week long getaway. Highly recommend
Had a very comfortable stay for ten days. The villa has all you need and more. The view out the back is lovely. It’s only a few minutes walking into the marina where you will find plenty to do and a load of places to eat. The host Suzanne needs a shout out here as she was exellent !
