Casa Bocayna is a beautiful, modern, detached villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring a heated saltwater private pool, located in a quiet complex in Playa Blanca.
The Space
The villa is highly recommended for a holiday in both winter and summer! It’s a comfortable home with a dining area with French doors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with two sofas, a TV, and air conditioning. The villa offers free Wi-Fi and international TV channels.
Casa Bocayna has a master bedroom with a double bed, French doors leading to the pool/terrace, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bathtub. The twin bedroom has a window overlooking the pool, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Around the pool, you’ll find sun loungers, a terrace with a table and chairs, a windscreen, and a stone BBQ. The complex also has a communal pool available for guest use.

Charging an electric car at the villa is not permitted.

The villa was spotless and location was ideal for what we were looking for. Quite neighbourhood with plenty of shops ,bars and restaurants nearby. Bus 5 min walk away but a nice 55min walk into the town. But the best thing was the host Suzanne nothing was any trouble to her,no matter what time day or night . She was so helpful and always had a smile on her face. We most definitely will be booking again 😃

A nice surprise for a last minute choice, the villa has everything you need. 100m is the big swimming pool of the housing estate. Great welcome from Suzanne!!!!
